Pilot study to assess how artificial structures at offshore wind farms promote biodiversity
12 years after the turnkey Cable Supply and Installation of Kårehamn Offshore Wind Farm Baltic Offshore was back on site to install artificial reefs in partnership with RWE and Linneaus University. The purpose of the installation is to assess how artificial structures at offshore wind farms can promote biodiversity and support ecosystem services, such as habitat provision, nutrient cycling and water quality, hence contributing to the restoration and preservation of the Baltic Sea.Aurora submarine fiber optic cable installation projects finalized
Baltic Offshore have completed all submarine fiber optical cable installations in Global Connects investment in a new digital highway, Aurora. This week, we go abroad to London, visiting the largest event in Subsea Industry – Submarine Networks EMEA.The event takes place on the 31st of May until 1st of June and gathers 50 exhibitors and 120 speakers from all over the world.
We are also attending to "Swedish Offshore Wind Forum” in Gothenburg on the 31st of May.
