We believe in employees taking responsibility for the safe, environmental friendly, qualitative and cost effective execution of our works. We know that within our scope of work there are often operations with risks if not carried out thought through and methodical. We highly appreciate our staffs vigilance to identify and evaluate risks and finding appropriate safeguards and mitigations. Baltic Offshore have defined that no operation has priority beyond safety, and therefore this is a line responsibility throughout the organisation. We all participate in creating a good safety culture where zero accidents is our goal. We meet all relevant national laws, maritime conventions and industry best practice standards.
The thorough experience of complex submarine cable projects gives us the platform to identify and find out safe and efficient methods to meet any Clients standards and wishes.
Baltic Offshores work process is based on that key personnel participate in the project from early tender, via planning of the project and the operative execution to the delivery of the final documentation. We recon this continuity to be a significant factor for ensuring that QHSE-parameters and client instructions to be incorporated in every step of the projects execution. All project team members have extensive operative experience of various submarine cable projects, and of course relevant certificates and personal qualifications in line of their duties.
Our Safety Management system and equipment is certified by the SMA as well as our environmental management system.
